Honey rum stinger – it really stung me a good one

1 part dark rum

3 drops Angostura Bitters

1 teaspoon honey (I’d recommend 2-3!)

1 part freshly squeezed lime juice

Crushed Ice

All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients together, making sure the honey’s dissolved completely, before pouring over a glass filled with crushed ice. It packs a punch and the first taste of the sharp lime juice will certainly make your tongue tingle!
