It’s been a blazingly glorious day and after sitting outside getting hot, sweaty and just a little bit burnt, it’s time for a cheeky sundowner before we fire up the BBQ. I make this hunk martini religiously every chance I get and on a hot day like today, it’s the perfect drink to wind up the weekend.
