It must have been divine providence that I’d already chosen to make a quick and easy stir fry dish to be my next recipe … with a two hour detour caused by all the trains to/from Waterloo grinding to a halt, it was just as well that my pork stir fry with rice cake noodles only takes 30 minutes to prepare and cook.

I love my stir fries (what can I say, I’m Chinese through and through…) and I hope you will too…
