A Mars bar. A banana. Vodka. What else would you do?
There’s nothing like a 40th birthday to bring friends back together again to share stories about the days of old. Add alcohol into the mix and the inevitable reminiscing begins, normally about the same type of alcoholic antics that you’re about to repeat all over again and probably shouldn’t by the time you reach 40. Hey ho… but that’s what we ended up doing this weekend and the result of that is my attempt to recreate a drink that probably should just remain tucked away in my blurry past.
It involves vodka (again) but I think if you didn’t repeat the mistakes I did today, and if you like chocolate and bananas, you should love my Mars Bar Banana Vodka Shots.
