Sweet, sour, savoury, spicy and salty … I fancy some Thai tonight

I love Thai food.

Seared beef on a bed of chilled noodle salad

We re-created this Thai-styled cold noodle dish in the heat of a blazing summer some years ago and it’s a dish we make over and over and over again because it works, and it works with any meat or fish, hot or cold, so it makes for a great side salad at barbecues.
