The Ginger Simon (with Jack Daniels)
JD, ginger ale, sparkling water, grenadine and lemon juice
We made this drink and called it after our friend Simon, who was staying with us at the time. If you want to read about that story, click here.
The Ginger Simon (makes 1 tall glass)
Fill a tall glass with ice and add:
15 ml grenadine sugar syrup,
30 ml Jack Daniels whisky,
150 ml of ginger ale
a generous squeeze of lemon juice
Top it all off with some sparkling water and a slice of lemon
